Prajna Yoga & Wellness

At Prajna, yoga is for everyone. Come as you are and see what you discover. 

Alex and Liam Robinson are year-round Borrego Springs residents that are so excited to bring yoga to their community! Alex and Liam have each been teaching yoga in the San Diego area for over 10 years and have over 1000 hours of training in multiple modalities ranging from hatha, vinyasa and meditation to sculpt and functional mobility. Whether you’re looking for a restful restorative practice or an opportunity to grow even stronger and move at a quicker pace, there is something here for you.

Classes

Slow Flow 

A perfect place to start, this class will move at a slower pace and will break down foundational postures and focus on alignment and fundamentals. 

Vinyasa Flow 

Vinyasa Flow will move at a quicker pace, linking breath to movement as we move through class. All levels welcome and modifications and options are always offered throughout. 

Sculpt & Flow 

A blend of vinyasa and bodyweight/low weight strength building. We will start with a flow and add in strength building elements as we move through it to tone and sculpt our muscles. Elements of pilates, barre, functional mobility work and yoga are all included! 

Restorative Yoga 

Rest and restore. Postures will be held for longer periods of time allowing your muscles to stretch slowly and your body to relax. A perfect way to end the week.
